Welcome to URBE ESL!

Thank you for visiting our web page and for your interest in the Rafael Belloso Chacín University. We are a private, comprehensive, urban university located in the middle of the nation's second largest city. URBE offers a wide range of academic and professional degree programs and a large number of outreach programs that serve the Maracaibo area. A number of our academic programs rank at or near the top nationally in their respective fields. Teaching in our classrooms are some of the nation's finest faculty, leaders in the arts and sciences, and in professional fields.

 

We began in 1997 as a small junior college to educate the working sons and daughters of Maracaibo. Today, we are one of the nation's premier universities, educating men and women from more than 21 states.
